1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a person designated by you) receive the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear, unambiguous statement (e.g., an email) to:

Your withdrawal notification must be sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal period is considered met if you send your communication before the deadline.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for the reimbursement, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.

3. Returning the Product

You must send the product back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise. Please ensure the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Condition of Returned Products

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you should not use it beyond what is required to determine if it meets your expectations.

To receive a full refund, the product should be:

  • In its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • Unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Accompanied by all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials included with the original shipment.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., dietary supplements with a broken seal).
  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

As Quintet Men's Health is a dietary supplement, the right of withdrawal applies only to products that remain sealed and unopened. Once the product seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is no longer available for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). In such cases, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect (and within 2 years of delivery for non-perishable aspects of the product).

Available remedies include:

  • Replacement of the defective product.
  • Repair of the defect (where applicable).
  • Price reduction proportionate to the defect.
  • Full refund if the defect is significant.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of return shipment). The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
